Abstract
This thesis presents the topic Mountain Meadows and a curriculum guide for teaching the topic. The purpose of this thesis is to present Mountain Meadows and provide an example for how teachers may address teaching controversial subject matter in their classrooms. The example shown is a WebQuest on Mountain Meadows allowing students to analyze the controversy and form their own opinions based on facts discovered through researching different sources on the same account.
