Abstract
This process thesis paper examines the method used to developing a project thesis and display exhibit for the Present William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home Historic Site located in Hope, Arkansas. The research and creation of the exhibit is based on developing a display piece to be feature at the National Park site during the August 26th, 2015 event An Evening of Celebration which celebrates both the William Jefferson Clinton's 69th and National Park Service 99th birthdays. The paper presents the development of three presidential campaign button display featuring buttons used by President Clinton during his 1992 and 1996 Presidential Campaigns. Primary adjectives for the creation of this exhibit is to showcase campaign buttons that were collected in President Clinton’s home town of Hope, Arkansas by people and organizations who have a strong connection between the President and the City. The paper will examine the primary reasons for developing such an exhibit in the introduction section of the paper. In the biography section will quickly explore the history and importance of campaign button in relation to the United State as a whole and dealing with the relationship between Clinton and Hope. Other sections of the paper will outline the methods of choosing the location of where the exhibit will be place, the gathering of the materials used to create the display piece, and the primary adjectives to be achieved by this project thesis. The paper will also include photographs of the completed project and photo taken during its unveiling at the National Parks Service event An Evening of Celebration on August 26, 2015.
