Regular physical activity is an effective primary and secondary prevention strategy for at least 25 chronic diseases, including type 2 diabetes. Our study showed that the variable for physical activity is statistically significant and associated with the incidence of diabetes. even one additional physical activity per month, which is done on an ongoing basis, will reduce diabetes by 0.1%.
